The desktop and web clients are different in some aspects and can be confusing to new users. These are just a few examples of all the helpful things Laserfiche has helped me with in my position.
Simple things such as the many ways to upload a document or how to scan in documents and add tokens to file names. The online training that I have done has answered a lot of questions. The local user groups are also beneficial and a great networking opportunity. I also think having the online chat is beneficial, as sometimes users need a quick answer. I was self taught with this software and I was easily able to teach myself how to use it. The online training's are a great guide, and any time I have an issue or question, a representative responds quickly. The software is easy to navigate especially if you are self-taught.
